Consultation
Once your consultation has been booked, you will be sent by email a detailed questionnaire and a food diary which needs to be returned to NutriFoods prior to your consultation. This information gives NutriFoods details about yourself, your current diet, your medical and family history as well as general information about your digestion and energy levels before your actual consultation. All this information enables NutriFoods to prepare for your consultation in advance and results in your actual consultation time being used to speak in more depth about issues of concern. All information provided is treated as strictly confidential. NutriFoods will also send you the terms of engagement. Please also sign this this document as it sets out the basis for the professional relationship between the client and the NutriFoods nutritional therapist.
Please note that all children and adolescents under the age of 16 will have to be accompanied by an adult during any consultation.
Consultation Fees
Initial Consultation
Evaluation of NutriFoods Adult/Child Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire and food diary, initial consultation (60 minutes) and preparation of nutrition and supplement programmmes - £95.
Follow-up Consultation
Evaluation of any laboratory tests, follow-up consultation (45 minutes) and preparation of nutrition and supplement programmmes - £75.
Group Nutritional Therapy
Four sessions at 60 minutes per session - £80 (£20 per person).

Dietary Supplements
Dietary supplements may represent a very important part of the overall strategy. Laboratory Tests
Laboratory tests can be invaluable in identifying what may contribute to your health issues and laboratory tests can therefore result in faster and more successful outcomes. For this reason, laboratory tests may be recommended. NutriFoods works closely with Genova Diagnostics Europe. Please note that any laboratory tests are in addition to the cost of consultations.
